U ovom restoranu sam nekoliko puta ručao i uvijek janjetinu sa ražnja,svaki put sam bio oduševljen jelom. Danas sam svratio sa suprugom oko podne, naručio jelo po uobičajenom postupku. Konobar mi je rekao da će biti pečeno za 5min, izašli smo ispred da ispušimo cigar i konobar nas je pozvao da je jelo na stolu. Servirao nam je napola podgrijanu suhu i žilavu janjetinu. Nikada u životu nisam nešto lošije pojeo. Nisam mogao vjerovati da ovakav renomirani restoran ovo sebi dopušta da vara vjerne goste. Dogodilo mi sa jednom ali više neće jer sigurno u taj restoran moja noga više neće.

Der Service wahr sehr unfreundlich sowie die warte Zeit auf das Essen. Wir haben insgesamt fast 45 Minuten für drei Portionen Lamm, ein stake und 2 andere Gerichte. Das stake wahr seid drei Monaten tief gefroren da Man es schon beim reinschneiden sehen konnte denn das Fleisch hatte eine dunkel rote Farbe die fast schon Wiederlich aussah. Bei denn Lamm Portionen waren mehr Knochen als Fleisch dabei, viel zu viel Salz und die dazu bestellten Salate die eigentlich zum Gericht kommen wurden nicht gebracht erst nach mehreren Nachfragen, das Fleisch war auch sehr Zeh und das Besteck war nicht passend zum Essen da man es nicht richtig schneiden konnte. Das Personal hat auch bei mehreren Nachfragen wegen der Klimatisierung ob man sie etwas anders umstellen konnte damit uns nicht kalt wird wurde geantwortet das wir uns wärmer anziehen sollen da sie es nicht umstellen werden weil sie dazu keine Lust hatten, beim bezahlen hat das Personal nicht mal mehr schönen Abend gewünscht oder gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort nicht mehr essen gehen denn so etwas geht einfach nicht.

Excellent traditional lamb roasted on open fire. A perfect place for a wonderful lunch after visiting the nearby Klis Fortress. They definitely serve food for dragons here 😀
