The cash payment culture is still going strong in Croatia, especially outside its biggest cities. However, a business must clearly indicate the "ONLY CASH" notice, up-front, in big capital letters. This restaurant had placed the notice under some bushes, on A4 paper, with high chances that many of their guests will miss it. Therefore the staff has to mention it before anything, otherwise there will be misunderstandings... Other than that, the view is wonderful!

Good pancakes. The coffee was so-so. Unfortunately, the service was very sluggish; we waited like 15 minutes just to order our food and there were only 3 tables taken at the time including ours.

Obavezno posjetiti vidikovac Rogovo prije spuštanja prema Roškom slapu. Neviđena ljepota, strahopoštovanje prema planinskom lancu koji okružuje rijeku Krku. Izgleda kao Grand Canyon u malom.

Abbiamo fatto una sosta in questo locale per la pausa pranzo. Da fuori è piuttosto carino, ma all’interno l’atmosfera risulta un po’ triste. Il panorama, però, è davvero spettacolare — solo questo merita una fermata. Il servizio è stato eccellente: il ragazzo che ci ha serviti era molto gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo, il cibo è stato una vera delusione. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere misto, ma era tagliato male e sembrava piuttosto vecchio. Alla fine abbiamo lasciato quasi tutto. L’unica cosa che siamo riusciti a mangiare è stata un’insalata di pomodori e cipolla (senza cetrioli, che non erano disponibili). In sintesi: non lo consiglierei, se non per la vista.
