Ci siamo riparati dalla pioggia e abbiamo pranzato qui. Fritto di calamari buoni, ma là porzione è piccola. Black risotto abbondante, buono, anche se il riso doveva cuocere un po’ di più. Qualità prezzo ok.

Ein echter Geheimtipp direkt am Meer! Das Essen war hervorragend – besonders die Fischgerichte sind frisch und geschmackvoll zubereitet. Auch der lokale Wein passt perfekt dazu und rundet das kulinarische Erlebnis ab. Die traumhafte Lage direkt am Wasser macht den Besuch unvergesslich. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die gutes Essen und eine entspannte Atmosphäre schätzen!

Imam odlično iskustvo s konobom Hitegra! Jela sam salatu s domaćim jadranskim kozicama, pila njihovo vino i sve je bilo stvarno odlično – svježe, fino i s guštom pripremljeno. Tamburica uživo je dodatno uljepšala večer i dala pravi dalmatinski štimung. Terasa jako ugodna, osoblje ljubazno… sve skupa jedno predivno iskustvo. Za svaku preporuku!

Come for the food, stay for the bowel-cleansing experience. I pen this traumatic experience a mere 4 hours after lifting the fork to my mouth for the final bite of this distressing meal. Konoba Hitegra had 17 glowing 5-star reviews, so naturally, we expected culinary greatness. What we got instead was an absurdist performance art piece in slow service, malnutrition, and gastrointestinal betrayal. We waited over an hour for food despite the fact that the restaurant was almost desolate. We were not simply hungry and mildly irritated but staring at the salt shaker as a desperate alternative. We were so famished we had to ask for bread like Dickensian orphans. At no point did the waiter update us. No apology, no check-in, just pure, silent suffering under the watchful gaze of 17 wildly misleading reviews. When the food finally arrived, it was — and I admit this grudgingly — delicious. Rich, flavourful, worthy of the hype. And to be fair, they comped our drinks, which was a nice gesture. But then, my world was sent asunder. Roughly three hours later, I found myself gripping the handicap rail of a petrol station toilet, riding out what can only be described as a Category 5 gastrointestinal hurricane. I won’t go into detail, but let’s just say the meal completed its journey faster than it took to arrive. It was a culinary boomerang, and my intestines were ground zero. I came for local charm and fresh seafood. I left with PTSD and a newfound appreciation for the facilities of our motorway services. Would I recommend it? Sure, if you're constipated and have 3 hours to spare. Otherwise, run — don’t walk — in the opposite direction. Preferably somewhere with better service and reinforced plumbing.
