It has a cozy homely atmosphere with good service and a variety of dishes. Located right in the heart of the old town it is easily accessible. Visit Julijas when you’re looking for a break from touring around

It's a good place to try some local cuisine for not for expensive prices. The restaurant is conveniently located at the foot of Ljubljana castle. It is not too touristy as it is attended by the locals. As for the food, it was very tasty, the goulash I ordered came pretty quickly. Also the grilled vegetables were delicious. The only suggestion for the management would to have WiFi internet connection available in the whole restaurant. The signal is very weak in some parts of the restaurant. Other than that it is a very nice place to have a meal.

Ein sehr schönes, kleines Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl an slowenischen und auch anderen europäischen Gerichten. Wir hatten für den Freitag Abend vorreserviert, was absolut zu empfehlen ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich u aufmerksam. Unsere Speisen waren ausgezeichnet gut. Das Fleisch der kleinen Schweinshaxe fiel butterweich vom Knochen und das Tagliata vom Rind war perfekt medium gegart. Das Pana cotta zum Dessert war ebenso wunderbar. Die Portionen waren angemessen groß und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein Lokal in der Touristenzone absolut in Ordnung.

Descepcionante, llegamos había mesas libres y gente que le estaban dando la carta, y la dueña nos dice que está todo ocupado y no podemos comer. Le preguntamos si podemos fuera que hay tres mesas libres y nos manifiesta que en cinco minutos va a llover. Han pasado más de tres horas y no ha llovido, no se el motivo por el cuál no quería que nos sentáramos, pero lo que si sé es que de meteorologa no tiene futuro la dueña, así no se trata a los clientes, lamentable.

If you’re looking for Slovenian fancy food, you’ve found your place. The restaurant itself is very nice and pretty, with a vintage feel. But what wins this place is the food!! The portions are fair for one person and the taste is very authentic. Both the steak and the fish were perfectly prepared, the meat was tender and nice… A pleasure! We also had desserts but they were gone too fast to even take a picture. I had the lava cake (yeah, not very Slovenian) and it was AMAZING!

Zelo prijazen natakar. Hrana je bila dobro, ampak za ceno bi moralo biti na višji ravni. Tudi vinska karta bi lahko bila boljša.
