We stayed 1 night August 1 2025 in this beautiful little boutique hotel. Location is close to the ferry ( 10 min walk mostly flat) and a quick bus ride to Old Town with bus right outside the hotel. The hotel is new , spotless , comfortable beds , spacious quiet rooms , great AC and an excellent little restaurant with well appointed breakfast. We wished we had stayed longer here. Great service as well. Highly recommended

We had a slight scheduling mishap and had to stay here for one night. Amazing hotel with a great family room/suite. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast with great coffee bar. Will be staying here next time for sure.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie en de lovende woorden over het ontbijt kloppen, perfect. Het enige probleem voor mij was de airco op de kamer die na 30 minuten steeds stopte met werken, maar alsnog bleef de kamer wel relatief koel. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, dat kan je wel soms horen. Zeer goed bed, bushalte voor het hotel waar je met de bus op 5 minuten in oldtown staat.

Sehr modernes, gepflegtes und neues Hotel mit großen sauberen Zimmern. Die Lage unmittelbar an einer viel befahrenen Straße gibt Abzüge. Allerdings sind die Zimmer gut isoliert.

We stayed here after our sail Croatia holiday. It was a short 8 minute walk from the port so perfect location. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, has spacious rooms (we booked superior room with king bed and breakfast included which was very nice) and very friendly staff. The bus stop is literally next door which you can catch to the old town which is less than 10 minutes away. The cost of the bus is $2.50 euro and you can buy this on board. You just need to catch bus 1A , 1B, 3 or 6 will drop you off at the pile gate entrance to the old town. It’s so easy . If you can’t be bothered with the bus you can also catch an Uber for approximately $6-$9 euro. If you don’t want to stay in the old town as it gets very busy and you prefer somewhere less busy like we did then I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Dubrovnik as you won’t be disappointed. The airport is also less than 25 minutes away and we caught an Uber for less than $30 euro.
The room was very clean and tidy and spacious. The reception staff were not that helpful. For first time visitors we didn't get a lot of help, or information about for instant breakfast. when we came down on our first morning not a member of staff came to greet us to say where to sit of how things worked. Also not a single thing about dining times or if you needed to book, we decided to eat out as there wasn't a lot of atmosphere in fact when we came back on Saturday evening there was not one single person in the restaurant. |Location was ok but views weren't

Amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik. Smooth transfer from and to the airport. Very helpful and friendly front office. Restaurant/bar had a really good offer. We dropped in for dinner and the food was very tasty. The room was clean and spacious. Port is in walking distance if you need a ferry.

Wir wurden an der Reception von Ivana sehr Professionel und doch Herzlich empfangen...sowie Venesa und Ivana! Beim Abendessen wurden wir von der hübschen und freundlichen Angela bedient, unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und Professionel erfüllt! Beim Frühstück waren noch Kresimir, Limbo und auch (wieder) Angela am bedienen, was uns freute! Alles war perfekt!!! Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel allen die gerne Reisen!!! Bis bald.......
Everything was perfect. Great breakfast, modern and super clean rooms. Friendly personal and an excellent Bus connection to old town.

Lovely, friendly staff. Big, clean, spacious room. Great location by docks. Lovely restaurants and close enough to the Old City for regular trips. Bus service within 50 yards. Shopping 50 yards.

Great, modern hotel with helpful friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Bus stop right outside hotel which takes you straight to the old town in 3 stops. Shops & restaurants nearby, this hotel is well located. Would definitely stay again when we return to Dubrovnik!
great location. good sized room & facilities. Very neat & tidy. Perfect for buses to Old Town. Close to marina/Harbour & loads of shops & restaurants.
Nice, spacious room with good facilities and air con etc. ||Breakfast was good but could be a little better ! Limited hot options but still good.||Staff were helpful upon check in and Venessa on the desk was lovely in the brief time we spoke with her!||The hotel is close to both the old town and a very beautiful marina/new town with nice restaurants and bars.
