Sehr schönes Restaurant, toll gelegen, schön gemacht. Zudem auch sehr netter und freundlicher, kompetenter Service - nur leider ist das Essen nicht wirklich Michelin würdig, auch wenn da eine Plakette aus 2023 hängt. Die Suppen lauwarm, der Oktopus und die Scsmpi schwimmen im Fett und das Filet Mignon, die fertig schmeckenden Rösti (!?) und der leider nur saure Kimchi passen iwie nicht so ganz ins schöne Bild. Preislich alles ok. Aber für das Geld würde man schon mehr Qualität auf den Tellern erwarten. So wars ganz nett, aber auch nicht mehr. Und das Essen liebt schwer im Magen…

Sehr zu empfehlen sind die To-Go-Hausweine. Pro Flasche 27€ sind zwar nicht gerade billig, trotzdem schmackhaft und gehoben.

December 2023. I had higher expectations towards Breg. We had 2 starters: Vitello tonnato and Jadranski “crudo” krožnik. First had too much of sauce on, killed the taste of meat, sauce felt like home made tuna and (sour) creme. Second was pretty rough taste of the sea. Maybe some parts also questionable … Main dish did’t get any surprises. Stake was ok, did’t understand the composition of the fries, pulled pork and potato very plain, maybe little bit dry. Octopus was the only main dish that was ok. We had a lot of different wine, they had a lot of to choose from. We spend to much for the value. My suggestion would be to put this dishes to next level and then keep the prices.
