Modernes Lokal mit gehobenen Ambiente. Service ist freundlich und geht auf spezielle Wünsche gerne ein. Auch bei der Getränkebegleitung steht das Personal mit viel Expertise zur Seite. Leckeres Essen mit spannenden Kreationen, toll angerichtet. Kombination aus Fusion Kitchen und bekannten Klassikern. Abwechslungsreiche Gerichte und gut ausbalancierter Geschmack. Die Menüs sind empfehlenswert um viel zu probieren. Der Hauptgang ist eine gute Portion und man wird leicht satt.

Personale disponile, solare e capace. Ci hanno fatto cenare sul balcone al primo piano, molto intimo essendoci solo un tavolo. Il menù degustazione è un viaggio all’insegna dei sapori tipici sloveni, ma anche delle contaminazioni straniere. Il tutto è impiattato con eleganza e spiegato precisamente una volta servito. Conto onesto, atmosfera accogliente.

Ein Fest der Sinne. Obwohl viele Termine schon ausgebucht waren, gelang mir die Reservierung schon für den Folgetag. Ich hatte das Fünf-Gänge-Menü. Auf die Frage zu der Weinbegleitung habe ich die Antwort bekommen, dass es sehr flexibel sein kann und jeder Besucher sich frei entscheiden kann, was und in welchem Umfang bestellt wird. So bekam ich sehr aufmerksame Hilfe und die ausführlichsten Erklärungen zu jeder weiteren Bestellung. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Das Essen selbst hat vorzüglich geschmeckt und erfreute nicht nur den Gaumen, auch das Auge. Gleich nachdem ich meinen Platz aussuchen durfte (!), habe ich die Frage zu den möglichen Allergien und Vorlieben bekommen. Nachdem geklärt wurde, dass ich mich auf das laufende Angebot (due Speisekarte ist online) eingestellt habe, ging es los. Jedes weitere Gericht hat das vorherige getoppt und dabei konnte ich einfach nicht glauben, dass es noch schmackhafter sein kann. Seltenst habe ich so zartes Fleisch gegessen, auch die Nachspeise hat vollkommen meinen Geschmack getroffen, nicht zu süß, sondern sehr fein, prägnant und doch unaufdringlich. Ich bin dem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Team sehr dankbar, dem Chef könnte ich eine Lobeshymne singen und alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher Abend. Nicht weniger wichtig: alles in allem habe ich knappe drei Stunden in Bistro Georgie verbracht. Deutlich länger als gedacht, jedoch habe ich jeden Moment genossen.
