CHEVO'S is a renowned restaurant located in the heart of Zagreb, dedicated to offering the best grilled meat experience to the Zapruđan community since 2015. Our passion for meat and barbecue drives us to consistently improve and explore new culinary horizons. Our Concept
We pride ourselves on a menu that revolves around four main segments:
- Mixed grilled meats
- Smoked dishes created in our own smoker
- Burgers
- A selection of aged steaks
The menu is seasonally adjusted to ensure that we always serve the freshest ingredients available.
Special Features
Our meat smoking process takes between 5 to 9 hours, depending on the cut, and includes marinating in special blends of dry spices. Some of our smoky specialities include:

Throughout the years, we've made significant changes, enhancing the restaurant's décor, upgrading our kitchen and smoker, and even crafting a custom chamber designed by an architect. All these efforts have elevated our offerings to a new level of quality.

Prosječni roštilj. Nema klime, osim tih ventilatora i ljeti tijekom dana se ne sjedi. Kad izađeš, osjećaš se kao da si bio u sauni.

Već nekoliko puta smo bili u Chevo’su, ali sinoć smo se baš iznenadili - bez obzira na praznik, mogli smo sjesti, brzo smo dobili narudžbu, a konobar (Mato je pisalo na računu) je bio odličan, razjasnio nam neke nedoumice, plus njegov izvrsni koktel 👌
