BAD BAD BAD. This was the worst experience at an airport restaurant. Waited over 45 mins for our order and the staff were clearly incompetent at getting the order out and had to leave my order because my flight was boarding. The tall chef walked more than actually prepared food. I wish I could give them negative stars!! Staff simply don't care and should be all changed out to revive this restaurant. Bad management and attitude, evident from their reviews.

Fuj jednostavno fuj, jeli smo pizzu danas popodne Ne znam jeli pizza bila vise zilavija ili crna, i još za tu cjenu, nečuveno !!!!!!! Ćelavi gospodin s naočalama je bio na tom odjelu Želim samo postavit pitanje kako je moguće da covjek koji ni pizze nezna ispeć kako treba moze igdje bit sef i to još kuhinje? Jako jadno i žalosno….. A o samoj čistoći prostora ne želim ni komentirat mislim da je u svakoj stali čišće nego tamo. Ne dolazite pod svaku cijenu !!!!

Okej mjesto za nešto pojesti kad čekate da se gate otvori. Naručili smo 2 smash burega i uzeli 1 coca colu po cijeni od 36,00 EUR. Previše za tu razinu usluge i kvalitete, alii znamo da se nalazimo u zračnoj luci pa se i prema tome dirigira cijena. Dobili smo relativno brzo, kroz nekoliko minuta od narudžbe. Pri samoj narudžbi, cura koja je uzimala narudžbu više se bavi sa svojim kolegom i međusobnim zezancijama nego gostima koji bi željeli naručiti. Djeluje pomalo neozbiljno i neprofesionalno. Sam prostor je relativne čistoće, moglo bi biti i bolje, a u trenutku naše posjete nije bilo neke gužve. Jednostavno im se neda održavati prostor čistim. Hrana je bila uredu, ništa posebno. Za neki brzinski obrok dobre kvalitete, no ne očekujte neku preveliku količinu. Sve je bilo toplo i spremljeno kroz par minuta.

Speed of this service is so low that while you wait for burger, 823 flights take off in meantime. And no other guests around. Avoid this no matter how hungry you are.

Uzasna hrana i jos gora usluga. Pommes hladan, burger hladan, meso nepeceno. Osoblje neljubazno, a cijene visoke. Izbjegavajte ovo mjesto! Terrible food and even worse service. The fries were cold, the burger was cold, and the meat was undercooked. The staff was unfriendly, and the prices were high. Avoid this place!

Terrible experience. We ordered our meal at 19:15 and our gates was closing at 20:00. At 19:45 I asked them are they done because we are going to be late at our gates and the guy from the kitchen said to waiter 'they need to shut up, sit and wait'. It wasn't even crowded. We got our meal 10 minutes before gate closing. Burgers were cold.

Smashed burgare. Brödet och köttet var godkänt. Det var bara dressing i, inget annat. Väldigt dyrt pris och lokalen var väldigt dammig. Men trevligt bemötande av personalen iaf! 20 minuter väntetid.

"Overpriced" doesn't even begin to describe it. Even taking into account that everything is more expensive at airports, what goes on in this place is borderline price gouging. The portions are small, to boot, and the QR code you're supposed to read to access the otherwise inaccessible menu leads to an empty page. Staff was nice enough, but there's only so much they can do with what they have to work with.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Das Essen hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und war qualitativ nicht überzeugend. Besonders negativ ist uns das Personal aufgefallen bzw. die junge Dame an der Kasse – sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Räumlichkeiten selbst sind zwar schön, aber das allein reicht leider nicht aus, um den Gesamteindruck zu retten.

Unfortunately, my visit here was very disappointing. The pizza was served cold, the staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. When I asked for a coffee, I was told that they don't offer coffee, even though it's explicitly advertised on their promotions. The tables and chairs were dirty and worn out, which wasn't very inviting. To make matters worse, the prices are completely overpriced. 8.50€ for a single slice of pizza, which is simply not justified considering the quality and service. Overall, my experience here was not very positive and I would not come back."
