We recently visited McDonald’s Zadar via the drive-through, and the experience was smooth and well-organised. Clear signage made it easy to follow, even for non-locals. The terrace looked pleasant for outdoor seating, and the indoor area appeared clean and modern. We ordered iced coffee and ice cream. The ice cream was enjoyable—cool, creamy, and just right for a summer day. However, the iced coffee was disappointing. Unlike in Ireland, the UK, or Spain, there was no option for cold brew or coffee without milk. The drink itself was overly milky, with little ice, and it lacked the refreshing strength one expects from a proper iced coffee. Additionally, it was served in a Styrofoam cup rather than a clear plastic one, which made the drink feel more like a takeaway tea than a summer refreshment. Despite this, the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, providing great customer service. Overall, McDonald’s Zadar offers a reliable stop with good service and clean facilities. I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars—solid, but with room for improvement in the iced coffee options and presentation.

Nažalost, zbog sanitarnog čvora negativna ocijena. Kodovi s MCD računa ne rade na čitaču za ulaz u WC, ipak moraš platiti 1eur, a nema niti papira niti sapuna i jako je neuredan. Nisam prvi puta ovdje, svaki je put isto. Smatram da bi MCD trebao imati vlastiti WC.

Restoran je unutar Supernove, ljeti je velika gužva, pa porcije sladoleda i nisu baš onakve kakve bi trebale biti. U Mc Caffe-u vrlo ljubazne djelatnice.
