Narobe naročilo sem naročil, in sem prosil da mi prekinejo naročilo in vrnejo denar. Rekli so mi da mi nemorejo vrnit denarja. V drugem McDonaldsu pa so mi vrnili denar ko sem enkrat narobe naročil. Res vam ne priporočam da greste v McDonalds na avtocesti. Slaba izkušnja bila za mene.

We have waited 30 Minutes for our order with desk service. After that we asked the service staff at the counter why our order still isn't ready? They replied to that, that they must have given it to someone else by mistake. We got no apology but rather the staff member tried to blame the customer who might have taken it wrongfully. Since the Number was clearly visible on our desk, you can't blame it on a customer but should take responsibility for bringing it to the wrong one urself as a sincere human being. Hopefully you can forward this to your staff and improve for the future.

A standard MacDonalds, but completely disorganised. Almost no customers at the time of my visit, but the waiting time was 15 min for a simple Big mac menu. So a big no if you want a fast bite.
