The legendary Hot Horse, my favorite fast food place in Ljubljana. The burgers are super tasty and big, you can choose which toppings to get and what kind of bread as well (I recommend the whole grain). Of course, the best thing in the burger is the nacho cheese :-). I just miss the basketball games at the Hala, so I could grab a burger afterwards just like old times.

Fantastic horse meat! The most popular Horseburgers are awesome, but even better are the tortillia rolls filled with strips of horse meat. The meat is grilled just right and is super juicy and savory. Also, a great selection of toppings (the standard ketchup, mayonaise, onions, lettuce, tomato, and the less standard nacho cheese, habanero sauce and pickled jalapenos) , allowing a fully customized experience

Holy horse, the meat is good. It's horse, and I love horse. You can choose between horse burgers, minced meat, steak burgers and so on. Everything is horse meat. French fries were also really good. It is a fast food with no service at the table. Maybe bread could have been better. It is not meant to replace a restaurant or advertise itself as one: it is a very simple burger stand, with tables where you can sit. I think there is often only one guy doing everything / max two guys.

Deze kleine snackbar dichtbij de Union-brouwerij is lokaal bekend vanwege hun hamburger en ander fastfood met paardenvlees. Die moet men geprobeerd hebben, maar echt bijzonder vond ik hem niet.

Not impressed by the burgers here. I had a Horseburger. Meat was good but way too much ketchup/mayo/etc and bun was gigantic and thick. Proportions are off. Nice place to sit and eat in the park though.
