Welcome to Lonely Paradise, a unique family restaurant that has been serving authentic Dalmatian cuisine since 2014. Nestled amid the stunning natural beauty of Tatinja Bay on the southern part of the island of Šolta, our restaurant offers an idyllic setting surrounded by crystal-clear waters and lush landscapes.
Positioned away from the hustle and bustle, Lonely Paradise is exclusively accessible by boat or on foot, ensuring a tranquil and private dining experience for our guests. Here, you can enjoy a real taste of Dalmatian culture with dishes crafted from fresh fish and meats, complemented by seasonal vegetables, high-quality olive oil, and a variety of herbs and spices such as garlic, rosemary, and parsley.

Important Notices for 2024
Tatinja Bay is part of the Natura 2000 network, a European Union nature protection area. Please note that anchoring within the bay is strictly prohibited to preserve its natural beauty. Guests arriving by boat are required to use the official mooring (buoy) system for which a daily fee of €20 per boat applies. This fee is dedicated to the conservation of the bay and the upkeep of the mooring system.
The fee will be collected during the reservation process, and guests will be fully refunded if they cancel up to 24 hours before their arrival. We encourage all visitors to make a reservation and secure their place in this hidden paradise.

Paradise it is! One of my absolute favorite spots in the Adriatic. The added a small fee for the buoy (€20) and with that they invested in new and improved the service boat. Food: yammy Drinks: mmmm slurp Atmosphere: heavenly

Everything is unique starting from the location end ending on food. last but not the least is friendly service, friendly Dominic who is to your support while fixing your boat and super friendly owner- with lots of patience and passion towards his customers. we fully recommend Lonely Paradise ❤️❤️❤️

Mit der Erinnerung dieser Konoba aus dem Jahr 2021 haben wir wieder voller Erwartung hier reserviert. Alles elektronisch mit Vorauszahlung von 20Euro für die Boje (was einem nicht am Essen angerechnet wird…) hat bestens geklappt. Die Bucht ist fantastisch, der Empfang durch den Marinero sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Vorfreude auf ein gutes Essen unter freiem Himmel und tollem Ambiente (siehe 1. Foto von 2021) war gross. Leider wurden wir dann an einen Tisch auf der überdachten Beton-Terrasse gesetzt, trotz Nachfrage und insistieren zum Wechseln wurde uns gesagt, dass es keinen anderen Tisch geben würde. Es hatte aber solche freien Tische… Gleich neben unserem Tisch eine Beige mit sechs oder sieben gestapelten Stühlen (siehe Foto). Unser Tisch war lieblos gedeckt, keine Sets, Papierservietten und profane Weingläser. Ohne zusätzliche Deko-Lampe oder ein Plänzchen. Nach der Vorspeise wurden wir gebeten, das benutzte Besteck zu behalten und nach dem Weisswein beim Wechsel auf den Rotwein mussten wir die gleichen profanen Gläser weiterbenutzen. Haben wir wohl zu günstigen Wein ausgesucht…? Das Wasser ohne Kohlensäure hatte einen fahlen Geschmack nach Chlor (wurde uns allerdings nicht verrechnet). Das Essen (1x Fisch, 2xLamm und 1xKalb) war ok, aber weder speziell verarbeite noch speziell gekocht (das Fleisch war durchbraten, geschmacklich haben sich Lamm und Kalb kaum unterscheiden). Nach dem Hauptgang wurden wir sitzengelassen, niemand vom Service hat uns nach Nachspeise Kaffee angefragt. Zum Glück haben wir auf unserem Schiff eine Espresso-Maschine. Da haben wir in anderen Restaurants in der Umgebung für einiges weniger Geld entscheidend besser gegessen. Leider stimmt Preis und Leistung im Gegensatz zu 2021 überhaupt nicht mehr. Schade, wenn dieses Paradise bald Lonely sein wird, wenn sich solches herumspricht.

Jetzt kann ich es nicht mehr empfehlen. Reservieren geht nur ab 4 Personen. Der Chef erklärte uns dass es ein Personalproblem gibt, einige krank waren, daher könne er keine Reservierung mehr aufnehmen für 2 Personen .... 4 oder mehr ginge aber schon??? Tja, Treue Stammkundschaft verloren, Mundpropaganda unter Seglern tut ihr übriges.
