Отличный ресторан со звездой Мишлен, полученной в 2025-ом году. Располагается в одном здании с винарией «Sapat», но у Fleur De Sel располагается в отдельном помещении со своим персоналом. Бронировал через приложение OpenTable за 1,5-2 недели до визита. Стоит бронировать стол пораньше, по понедельникам и вторникам ресторан не работает. Всё на уровне Мишлен: сервис, вид, атмосфера, материалы и, конечно же, цены :) Блюда отличные, стоит брать курсом из нескольких блюд сразу. Оплата картой присутствует, выбор вин огромный. Рекомендовано!

Bio sa suprugom, bilo nam je prelepo. Hrana je bila zaista ukusna i zanimljivo je videti drugačije načine pripreme hrane. Ambijent i usluga svetski. Prepelica je bila savršena kao i dezerti.

What an amazing culinary experience! It’s hard to put into words all the exceptional tastes and flavors we enjoyed at this outstanding restaurant. The service was terrific and effortlessly warm, thanks to Marko and Uroš. We had the honor of meeting the head chef, Nikola, and experiencing his genius creations firsthand — each dish was a masterpiece. It’s no surprise they hold the No. 1 spot as the best restaurant in Serbia — it’s well deserved. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Fleur de Sel is a newly renovated restaurant set in a picturesque winemaking region just outside Belgrade. It’s part of the Šapat winery, perched on a hill above the Danube River, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. We opted for the chef’s surprise tasting menu. While the presentation and execution were generally solid, the food itself was underwhelming. One dish in particular—local peas—was so oversalted it was barely edible. More importantly, not a single dish stood out as particularly memorable or impressive, which is disappointing given the restaurant’s fine dining aspirations and Michellin star rating. The highlight of the experience was the wine list. Exceptionally curated, it features a selection of rare and premium labels, many of which are not even available on the Serbian market. This alone might have somewhat saved the whole experience. However, the biggest issue—and the restaurant’s ultimate downfall—is the pricing. The tasting menu, priced at 20,000 dinars (around €170 or US$200), is exorbitant. The ingredients used—langoustines, duck, local Danube fish, and a touch of inexpensive caviar—are all fairly common and accessible. There’s nothing especially luxurious, exclusive or unique to justify such a high price point for the tasting menu. Would I return or recommend Fleur de Sel? Unfortunately, no. The experience simply does not deliver value for money. If the tasting menu were priced more appropriately—perhaps in the €50–60 range—it could be a pleasant option for those seeking a fine dining setting in a beautiful location. But as it stands, it falls short of expectations and certainly doesn’t reach Michelin star standards in my view.

Great food, worthy of 1 Michelin star. Very strong connection to local sources, recipes and traditions - that could be explored even more. The service was fantastic and the ambiance and interior stylish, understated and tasteful. We were alone with another couple in the serving room with gorgeous views over Danube, sunset and vineyards. Second amuse-bouche was hummus(?) which was totally unnecessary and misplaced, but we understood it was a replacement for something else planned (it would have been better to have had some simple infused butter with good bread served). All in all, really glad the restaurant keeps the high standard. Not the most innovative, but I am sure the food will get there eventually, given the right direction the chef is already taking.

Fleur De Sel Chef’s Table is an outstanding gastronomy experience! Tucked into the lower level of the winery you are seated in a private room with a commanding view of the kitchen. Ten dedicated chefs operate flawlessly under the direction of the head chef. The symphony of pots and glassware creates a pleasant background and when each dish is plated it comes out immaculately presented the dish ware and flat ware deserve special note as they were individually sourced to complement each dish. Ingredients are Serbian whenever possible and were extremely fresh. The wine pairings flowed seamlessly with each dish and by the end of the evening we were fully satiated and happy that we came.

Sve je bilo super, preukusno, lep spoj namirnica, ali dajem 4 zvezdice za hranu zato sto sam se razočarala poslednjim jelom - tu su slike, posto su bila dva različita, svinjski stomak i junetina (mi smo tako tražili). Nekako su bili potpuno bezlicni, totalno suprotno od onoga šta je bilo pre toga. Verujem da ćemo sledeći put kada dodjemo imati potpun i zaokruzen utisak. Nadam se svakako da nismo prestrogi. Osoblje je skroz korektno, bili su vrlo otvoreni, prirodni, pricljivi koliko treba.

Expérience inoubliable au Restaurant Fleur de Sel à l’occasion de mon anniversaire. Le lieu est magique et la décoration très raffinée. Le personnel est d’un grand professionnalisme et très agréable. Quant à la table, elle est juste incroyable et mérite très largement son étoile Michelin. Nous avons opté pour le menu du Chef avec une dégustation de 5 plats plus délicieux et savoureux les uns que les autres, accompagnés de vins serbes adaptés aux mets et de grande qualité tant gustative qu’olfactive. L’ensemble du dîner a été une magnifique découverte, digne des meilleures tables de la gastronomie française. Le Chef Nikola et son équipe sont impressionnants.
