Hotelzimmer war super, Bad optisch etwas älter, stört mich nicht weiter, den für mich ist wichtig das viel Wasser aus der Dusche kommt und das war perfekt und kein einziger Tropfen ist aus der Kabine rausgelaufen, nicht wie bei anderen hotels wo man dann eine Pfütze davor hat. Essen war auch super, alles zusammen super

We stayed for 3 days, rooms were not cleaned at all only towels changed and I had to ask for shower soap. Bathroom was always smelly even when we came. Meals were tasty but variety is not for 4 stars hotel. Breakfast always the same. Pools and water park is what we came for so that was great. Unfortunately it starts from 9am which is just lazy policy. Also pool cafe and restaurant were understaffed. About lunch time you had to wait for 15 minutes just to pay for a meal or a drink. And it wasnt even that crowded. One guy would scoop and sell icecream, sell meals and run to cafe to give drinks and back to register so you can pay for it. Staff is polite, tho.

Posto per famiglie.....carino...mangiare non malaccio ma bisogna non tardare troppo se no si rischia di non trovare nulla al buffet....parlano pochissimo italiano e l acqua non e' assolutamente termale....cloro e via!!quindi attenzione!!per l ultimo dell anno non ci hanno offerto neanche un bicchiere di spumante no era compreso nel cenone.....intorno ci sono negozi e supermercati....all esterno una grande riviera estiva se dovessi tornare proverei quella e quindi a cambiare stagione....
