This branch caused me a lot of problems.
When I complained to the head office in Belgrade, they sided with the employees.
I was paying for two active contracts. I only needed one which I clearly explained. The old contract was active and when I asked what to do about it, as I assumed it expired, I was told I did not need to do anything. I asked at least three times, on different occasions, why Yettel is sending me bills for the expired contract. I was told it would cease by itself and not to worry. When it did not, I went again and was told I needed to sign a paper requesting cessation of the old contract.
I complained in writing and have long correspondence of this communication. The head office sided with the employees making me look dishonest.
When I asked to communicate with someone above them, as I did not get fair treatment, I was told in writing they would not allow that. I felt trapped and deceived.
A month after I signed the paper to cease the old contract, I still received a bill for the old contract and all the while I had not used the service, as I could not anyway. When I complained to the head office in Belgrade, I was advised that as a gesture of good will on their part they would not charge me for the latest bill for the service I cancelled and never used. Imagine that!
Unfortunately, I had already signed a contract with them for two years and am unable to do anything about it. I wonder if the CEO of Yettel is aware of the way their company is run in Serbia.

Obuka koju su radnici prosli je mozda za skandinavske zemlje. Ovde nije normalno da ne komuniciraju sa kupcima. Sistem je prespor, a radnici jos dodaju na sporosti. O tome da se registracija internet kartice mora obaviti na mestu (da dodjem ponovo onog dana kad zelim da aktiviram i opet cekam) obavestava tek kad platis, da ne odustanes. Da li je moguce da ne moze da unese podatke, a da je ja aktiviram kad hocu? Moj poslednji put da dajem jetelu sansu.
Edit: naravno da mozemo sami da registrujemo karticu preko aplikacije. I dalje 1 i nikad vise.

Nije bilo cekanja manje od sat vremena nikada. Radnica odugovlaci pricu sa musterijama. Kad se okrenem i pogledam red, koliko ljudi ceka...strasno. Radnici rade za platu i procenat, pa im je u cilju da sto duze pricaju sa musterijama. Oni sto dodju da pitaju nesto ili da plate racun, moraju bas da cekaju.
