Der Apfel fällt nicht weit vom Stamm. Ich habe bei einem deutschen Händler, für zwei Batterien, je ein BMS mit Zubehör bestellt. Als ich die Ware bekommen habe, merkte ich, dass ein Modul bereits in Gebrauch gewesen war. Es war bereits ein User Name und Passwort vergeben. Ich habe dann das Modul per Reset in den original Zustand gebracht und verbaut. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass das Modul auch defekt war. Dann habe ich das Modul für einen Garantieaustausch dem deutschen Händler zurückgeschickt. Nach über einem Monat bekam ich dann das Modul zurück. Als ich es eingebaut hatte, musste ich leider feststellen, dass mir der Händler das gleiche defekte Modul zurück geschickt hatte. Ich habe den Händler auf diesen Umstand angesprochen, erhielt jedoch nie eine Rückantwort. So blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als bei einem anderen Händler ein neues Modul zu bestellen. Diesen Sachverhalt von dem betrügerischen Händler habe ich dann der Firma REC mitgeteilt und gefragt, ob sie bereit wären, das defekte Modul zu tauschen. Leider hat mir die Firma REC auch keine Antwort auf mein Schreiben geben. Für mich ist die Firma REC genau so unseriös wie ihr deutscher Händler!
