Congratulations Rogo, you have lost another customer today. Asked if they can lubricate the chain of my bike. They wanted to charge me 2 € for that even if I bought both gears and chain in the same place couple of months ago and have been told to come back that they will do it as the first time with installation is not enough. Not to mention that they want 20 to 40% of a new chain spay for one time application.
