Yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 18Jun25, my daughter and I wanted to buy 3 bottles of water and when we got to the register, the lady wanted to see our boarding passes. My husband had our boarding passes and was waiting with our bags, so we told her that we did not have them on us. She and the other lady looked at each other as if we were making that up. When she looked back at me, I said “do I have to put the water back?” She said “yes!” I put the water bottles back and my daughter and I went and got our boarding passes, however we did not return to Hudson to purchase them as they were just rude. We went to another store and bought the water and were not asked for boarding passes at all.
