Great modern designs at reasonable prices, friendly staff, and fantastic customer service. We did experienced some petina marks on our curve brass handles within 12 months of purchase. Lo & Co we're amazing and replaced them, but unfortunately the handles started marking again within another 12 months. Being a natural product this was expected in time, but we didn't expect it to happen so quickly given they are coated. We still love our handles, we just worry about how terrible they'll look in 3 - 5 (or 10!) years time. Which is disappointing for the money we paid.
