Flexible, reliable and trying to fulfill customers needs. I needed a new car. Checked the car I wanted at three other dealers (almost decided for another) and then accidentally ended here (just following ads on biggest carselling portal). The car I was asking for was not available anymore. Yet, they have found another one in my prefered color! Staff was much nicer and very helpful, the car price more consumer friendly, and result is I have exactly the car I wanted even three days earlier than agreed with contract.
