Ich brauchte eine Dars- go Box , ich wurde sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bedient. Ich zahlte 10 € für die Box, er stellte sie mir auch gleich ein. Wohnmobil über 3,5 t, und 2 Achsen. Eine Strecke von Kroatien nach Österreich kostet 10€. Ich lud 20 € auf. Kurz nach Fahrtbeginn piepst es 2x,laut Anleitung muss man da anrufen. Anruf bei der HOT- Line, 2x piepen heißt,Guthaben liegt unter 25 €, steht aber nirgendwo geschrieben. Also alles gut,weiterfahren .

Super unfriendly staff here. It seemed the man (short grey hair + glasses) I got in contact with didn’t want to help at all and was in really bad mood. He spoke in an inappropriate, aggressive way and also very, very loud to me. I hope this was an exception. Nobody should be treated like that.
