We stayed in this villa with two families (a total of 8 people), which we booked through Airbnb. Unfortunately, we noticed on the day of arrival that the floors were not clean. After exploring the house, we quickly had dirty feet, especially in the living room next to the dining table where there were stains on the tiles. In the garden, the slide for the children was broken, posing a safety risk. Additionally, the playhouse shown in the listing was missing. After contacting the host, Ivana, new slide and playhouse were provided the next day. However, the promised floor cleaning never took place. During our stay, we discovered more issues: a broken armchair, a damaged coffee table, the waterfall by the pool did not work, and some curtains had come off their rails. There were also many ants on the kitchen countertop, and in one bathroom, the toilet flush sometimes stopped working completely. After our trip, we submitted a detailed summary on Airbnb and requested a refund for the cleaning fees. Unfortunately, communication with the host was difficult. Our statements were questioned or denied, which felt like we were being accused of dishonesty. The location of the house was stunning, and we did have a nice vacation overall. However, the price-quality ratio is not right, and due to the issues and difficult communication, we cannot recommend this villa.
