About Our Olive Groves
At Gramona Farm, we cultivate our olives under ideal conditions, featuring a sunny southern exposure, a refreshing sea breeze, and a microclimate perfect for growing exceptional olives. Our olive trees, many of which are 30–35 years old, produce quality olives that are transformed into delicious extra virgin olive oil. We proudly grow nearly 20 varieties, including the local Istrian Belica and the well-known Italian Leccino.

A lovely afternoon in the scorching heat of the Portoroz hills. Nina was simply a lovely host and made our small family feel welcome from the first moment. The introduction to olive cultivation, harvesting, fermentation, and of course degustation was to the point. The tasting with local tidbits (tomatos, mozzarella cheese, self-baked bread) was yummy - although, unfortunately, the lemon and orange varieties of the farm's olive oil were not available at the time. The tour through the groves, with the various explanations concerning the ups- and downsides of organic farming, offered breathtaking views into the Salines, especially from the farm's own rustic pergola. All in all, a highly recommendable experience for those who wish to know at which price high quality food is being produced. And who wish to taste it at the same time.

Ein außergewöhnliches Olivenöl. Pure Qualität, das muss man probiert haben. Geht hin und bucht euch wie wir eine Verkostung mit Führung durch die Olivenbäume. Die Farm-Familie ist sehr herzlich. Nina gibt sich unheimlich viel Mühe mit ihrer Tour. Ganz liebevoll organisiert. Im Laden gibt es dann auch das Öl zu kaufen, auch den Bio Wein, Nüsse und so einiges mehr aus eigener Herstellung.

Persönlich, familienfreundliches Olivenöltasting und kurzem Rundgang durch das Anbaugebiet. Führung in englisch, italienisch und slowenisch möglich. Vom Öltasting(3 hauseigene Sorten) über Anbau, Ernte, Produktion und Verkostung (zusätzlich Wein und Mozarella, Tomaten) ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Wer am Ende noch Olivenöl, Pflegeprodukte, Wein, Mandeln, Nüsse oder Lavendelsäckchen kaufen möchte ist hier genau richtig, es ist kein Zwang😍!

Sehr nette Besitzerin. Wir durften das Öl verkosten und das schmeckt so gut. Sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt auch tollen Wein. Man muss dort einfach mal ran fahren und sich in dem kleinen, schönen Shop umschauen. ❤️

Die Farm bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre und eine schöne Landschaft. Der Shop hat eine gute Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigen Olivenölprodukten und anderen Leckereien. Die Führung wurde persönlich von den Besitzern durchgeführt, die ihr Wissen und ihre Leidenschaft für Olivenöl teilen. Es war beeindruckend, den gesamten Prozess direkt von den Experten zu erfahren. Die Kostproben waren köstlich und haben verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen geboten. Insgesamt war es eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, die ich jedem empfehlen kann, der an Olivenöl interessiert ist.

Sehr symphatische, nette Familie, die schon in zumindest 2ter Generation Olivenbäume bewirtschaftet. Das Öl ist ausgesprochen schmackhaft und der Preis pro Liter von 21 € für hochwertiges Olivenöl sehr angemessen. Gerne zeigen sie ihre Olivenbaumplantagen am Hügel über den Salzfeldern her und erzählen bereitwillig über ihre Arbeit als Olivenbauern.

Hier kann man alles über Olivenöl und seine Herstellung erfahren was man schon immer wollte. Die Führung ist sehr empfehlenswert das angebotene Essen sehr gut, die Landwirtfamilie sehr freundlich. Man sollte dort die Führung unbedingt im Vorhinein buchen, und die dort angebotenen Waren vor allem das Olivenöl ist ein wahres Highlight. Sehr kinderfreundlich.

Wizytę udało nam się umówić dość sprawnie poprzez znamy portal społecznościowy, na następny dzień. Na miejscu przywitała nas miła pani przewodnik, oprowadziła po plantacji i wyczerpująco odpowiadała na nasze pytania. Następnie trafiliśmy do przyjemnego miejsca z widokiem na saliny, gdzie nauczyliśmy się degustować oliwę z oliwek. Następnie degustowaliśmy inne produkty, mieszane z owocami oliwy, oliwki, sery i wina z zaprzyjaźnionej winnicy. Nie wiemy kiedy minęło nam dwie godziny, to był wspaniale spędzony czas. Obowiązkowo polecamy to zwiedzanie dla fanów oliwy z oliwek, a my takimi właśnie jesteśmy!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Tasting Tour mit vielen Erklärungen rund um die Olivenernte und Ölgewinnung. Wunderbare Öle, freundliche Inhaber, wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Terminvereinbarung per Telefon sehr unkompliziert.
