Water in jacuzzi was dirty, wasn’t changed from who knows how many previous guests - and the jacuzzi was one of the main reasons we book the house. Also, IR sauna couldn’t reach higher temperatures, it was constantly mild… A lot of personal items in the house and the kitchen wasn’t cleaned well. Lot of grease and leftover food from other guests.
