The cupavci (€2.2) was big, had a moist sponge with just enough sweetness, though the apple strudel (€2) was rather thin on the filling and could be better, The lady serving was very lovely, would go back to try other pastries. This is more a takeaway joint patronised by locals. Prices are as of May 2025.

The shop doesn’t accept the card. I paid with €20 notes and the lady got mad at me because she didn’t have enough small changes. And she said , nearly yelled, something ( I believe it’s bad words) to me in Croatian. I found it’s very rude and I felt very sad. Because until that moment, I have seen many nice local Croatian people. One person’s attitude can ruin whole beautiful memories of traveling. If you don’t want to have sad moments, don’t go there. Plus their bread wasn’t really good.
