Not reliable! I made a reservation 1 day prior on whatsapp. He confirmed it. 15 mins before my arrival he texted me that he overbooked and I cannot park there anymore! So, if you want to receive a "standard message" like that just before entering in Dubrovnik, use his parking...Print screen attached.

Przy obecnych cenach parkingów w Dubrowniku i problem z wjechaniem do centrum bez ważnego upoważnienia ten parking jest super. Właściciel bierze 4 euro za godzinę, trzeba wcześniej umówić się na konkretną godzinę ponieważ ma chyba 2 lub trzy miejsca parkingowe przy domu. Spacerkiem 10 minut do starego miasta.

Parking is a huge problem in Dubrovnik. This place was very practical and the owner was really helpful. We booker one day before. This is not surprizing that you cannot find in first time :)

Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Deutlich günstiger als in der Umgebung. Ich habe 10 Stunden geparkt und 3 Euro pro Stunde bezahlt. Das ist im Vergleich zum Rest Dubrovniks ein Schnäppchen. In 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Die Aussicht vom Parkplatz ist den Weg wert.

He responds quickly on WhatsApp, you can request for photos/videos of the lot to help guide you there. Their house is on an uphill road, inner side, facing away from the sea. We met his mother, and she helped us with parking and directions. It is a few minutes walk from the old town, and great views of the town. We paid €3/hr parking in Jun 2025.

Great communication and very understanding when we had a cancelled flight. The parks are not huge but we fitted our Captiv just fine. Highly recommended.
