A peaceful retreat – perfect for relaxing, recharging, and unwinding with your dog We came here to relax and found exactly what we were looking for: absolute peace and quiet. The house was almost deserted – in the best possible way. Just what we needed after a hectic everyday life. We also used the time for a bit of workation and creative brainstorming. We brought our dog, and it was ideal: everything was fenced in and safe. The small garden with Mediterranean plants was beautiful and full of lovely scents. Two turtles regularly came by the house – a sweet and unexpected touch. The sea was only a 5-minute walk away, and our dog had the time of his life there. The host stayed in contact via WhatsApp, responded quickly, and was always helpful. The Wi-Fi was perfectly stable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped – we found everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only downside during our visit: construction work started on a neighboring house and lasted for more than half of our stay. It was quite noisy during the day – not what we had hoped for in such a peaceful place. However, the host was extremely apologetic and generously offered us a free additional week as compensation, which we gladly accepted. That level of care and fairness is truly rare and appreciated. We chose this place specifically for its quiet atmosphere – which was unfortunately interrupted by the construction, but we’re confident that it's now completed. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a simple, quiet place to stay – especially with a dog – to enjoy nature, stillness, and just breathe.
