It's absolutely FULL of ticks - literally, one every two or three stones. It's because of the sheep grazing around. Don't sit down or drop your packs on the rocks, and if you really want to go there, spray every bit of your body (including bottom of your shoes) unless you want a tick hitching a ride! PS.
