Very bad advokat and he doesn’t answer on his phone

Imho, I as a client must have the chance to learn my lawyer and to build a minimum of trust. Unfortunately he was very busy when I aproached him and not willing to talk to me by phone (I‘m located in another country). Because of that and because I had to urge him after one week without any feedback and even after that when no substantial valuation of the case was provided to me, I rejected him. But still had to pay hours of work without any output for me. I recommend to fix tariff and payments at very first contact to avoid surprise. Performance as lawyer not judgeable for me, because initial contact failed.
