Muzej Novog Vala u Zagrebu predstavlja jedinstvenu zbirku audiovizualnog stvaralaštva razdoblja od 1977. do 1987. godine. Ovdje možete pronaći autentične rock n roll memorabilije, instrumente i vinilna izdanja koja su oblikovala to posebno doba. Muzej nudi priliku da čujete gramofonske ploče i osjetite pravi duh 80-ih godina.

The museum is small for its price, but the heart of the museum is the staff. I spoke with Tomislav for over an hour (it was near closing time so I was the only visitor). He explained to me the stories behind the bands and behind the objects and photographs in the museum. I would recommend this museum most for visitors who have heard of New Wave but don't already have a ton of knowledge, and who are ready to talk with the museum staff in order to get the most out of their visit.

Very small museum depicting the new wave movement in Croatia and Yugoslavia. Not much to see, but a lot of interesting stuff to read if you're into music and would like to discover bands you may have never heard of if you're not from the region. Do not skip talking to the owner and host, he was extremely nice and was able to tell us about the Yugoslavusic scene from his own experience

A small but really nice place full of new wave rock (also rap, hip-hop, etc) history of the country and it's bands, not only that, it has a lot of artifacts and documents that let you imagine how the scene was at the time and how the culture evolved. I was able to talk to the owners, really nice people, on the history of the museum and their personal experiences. Cheers from Uruguay!

Interesting idea but the museum is just too small of a "musuem", waaaaay too overpriced for a small room full of printed papers
