We ordered fresh meat in an online store. The payment was debited from the card immediately. We specified the delivery method - pick up from a point on BTC. We arrived from another city. As a result, not a single point had our meat and doesn'teven heard aboit it. No one can give an answer on what to do and where to look for. It is impossible to reach anyone from the administration. A terrible situation. I do not recommend this store.
