My father in law is a regular here for over 10 years for every gatherings. On the April 30th we ordered 5 kg of roasted meat to be ready for May 6th (for the Saint George). On the day we were about to pick up the meat around 13:30 we came to Svetosavska 72 to be sent to another address about a mile away (witch they did not disclose on the day we had our order). Then when we finally came to pick up the meat they were looking at us blindly as if we did not have reservations, giving us some excuse how they have people do not collect their meat, as if we were calling for the first time and not regulars for decades. Long story short instead of 5kg of meat we got 2kg and had to buy the rest elsewhere... It is beyond disappointing and rude to an old man who is their regular customer.
