Kurzweiliges, interessantes Museum mit der Möglichkeit auch ein kleines VR - Erlebnis zu haben, unbedingt zu empfehlen. Auch der Eintritt von 3,50€ ist super.Es ist einen kleinen Zwischenstopp auf alle Fälle wert!

Miły czas, ciekawy świat podmorskich skarbów, w muzeum klimatyzacja, toalety, eksponaty rzeczywiste, VR i interaktywne ekrany i kącik dla dzieci. Część eksponatów przed budynkiem.

Un lugar curioso, una colección amplia y bien conservada. También tenían gafas de realidad virtual para echar un rato. El precio es ajustado, nada desorbitado como suele pasar en la ciudad. Muy limpio y dentro de un baluarte defensivo histórico.

Nem nagy, de érdekes kiállítás. Polgári és katonai gyűjteményük van, ruhák, makettek, hajózással kapcsolatos apróságok, egy terem a torpedóknak szentelve, egy másikban iránytűk, hajó segédgépek és főgép-alkatrészek, egy harmadikban a Monarchia korának hajózása... szerintem vétek kihagyni.

Plenty to see. Much much better than the Maritime museum in Dubrovnik. Plus the AC works here as well. Pity that there is a limit to the amount languages describing the exhibits.

Interesting museum with a very large collection, could easily spend several hours if you were to look at each and every item. The VR experience is also great and should not be missed. Very good value for money too, at only €3.50 for an adult ticket.

The Croatian Maritime Museum offers a fascinating glimpse into Croatia’s rich seafaring history. Despite the somewhat challenging entrance, the experience inside was absolutely worth it. The museum is well-organized and showcases impressive collections of ship models, navigational instruments, and maritime artifacts. A big plus was the air conditioning, which made the visit comfortable even on a hot day. The highlight for me was the virtual reality exhibit with VR goggles — a truly immersive experience that brought maritime adventures to life in a way no traditional display could. This place deserves much more advertising to make sure everyone knows how awesome it is. Definitely a solid 5-star visit that combines history with modern technology in an unexpected and engaging way

Great museum! As a Croatian who's seen museums worldwide, I usually get disappointed by our museums, but this one made the list of top 5 naval museums I've visited. The museum is relatively small, but well used, so if you want to see, read and experience everything properly, I would account for 1-2h in the museum. If you just want to pop in and see what they have, 30min or less is enough (but you're totally missing out!)

Niewielkie muzeum lecz bardzo dużo ciekawych eksponatów. Są także bronie z czasów drugiej światowej. Warto odwiedzić to miejsce będąc w mieście Split.

Very reasonably priced entrance. 7.0 euros for 2. IT didn't disappoint. Great maritime history with some information boards in England. A vast amount of history to enjoy not much reading. Did the whole museum I an hour. You could take longer if you stopped at each item. Was split into civilian, military and outside. Outside had part of a huge ship you could get on perfect opertunity for a photo. And the ship was made in the isle of white. Lovely place, no cafe or anything but it was air conditioned so we didn't mind :)
