🟥 An experience that BROKE BASIC trust I came to the café at 7:10 PM, when it was almost empty – around me, ten empty tables and all sunbeds unoccupied. I sat down to enjoy a freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and a coffee by the water. I paid for everything, even left a tip for the waiter. However, the price turned out to be twice as high – because they charged me for the sunbed, without informing me in advance. Not when I placed the order, and not before the waiter immediately issued the bill. At that point, I had no choice – I was simply presented with a fait accompli. As a guest, I felt DECEIVED, tricked, and completely taken advantage of. At 7:10 PM, when the sun was already setting and the café was nearly empty, charging for a sunbed as if I had come to sunbathe made no sense at all. I asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager did not take responsibility, nor did she show any genuine willingness to correct the situation. The entire conversation was conducted with a fixed attitude – as if it had already been decided that I would remain deceived, that the mistake would not be acknowledged, and that I should simply accept the outcome. They did not offer to refund the 500 RSD they took from me without my consent, but instead suggested a free drink "on the house" – which I declined, because the experience had already been ruined. She told me to come again, and I clearly responded that I would not, because this is not how a business should be run. As I told her then – and now tell you here: when a guest who leaves you money and even a tip is met with illogical pricing, manipulation, and evasion of responsibility – you're not running a business, you're undermining the very integrity of hospitality. Transparency, respect, and common sense are the foundation of any serious guest relationship. This experience showed how easily they can be lost – in just a few minutes. ---------------------RUS--------------------------------- 🟥Опыт, который разрушил базовое доверие Я пришла в кафе в 19:10, когда оно было почти пустым – вокруг было около десяти свободных столиков и все лежаки были свободны. Я заказала свежевыжатый грейпфрутовый сок и кофе, чтобы насладиться вечером у воды. Я всё оплатила и даже оставила чаевые официанту. Однако сумма оказалась в два раза выше, потому что мне дополнительно включили в счёт лежак, не предупредив об этом заранее – ни при заказе, ни до того, как официант сразу же вынес чек. У меня не было возможности принять осознанное решение – всё уже было решено за меня. Как гость, я почувствовала себя обманутой и использованной. В 19:10, когда солнце уже садилось и кафе было почти пустым, взимать плату за лежак, будто я пришла загорать – совершенно бессмысленно. Я попросила поговорить с менеджером. К сожалению, менеджер не взяла на себя ответственность, не предложила реального решения и вела разговор так, как будто уже заранее решила, что я просто должна остаться обманутой. Мне не предложили вернуть 500 динаров, которые взяли без моего согласия, а лишь предложили бесплатный напиток – но настроение уже было испорчено. Менеджер сказала, чтобы я пришла снова, на что я ясно ответила, что не приду, потому что так бизнес не ведётся. Как я тогда сказала менеджеру, так скажу и здесь: если гость оставляет вам деньги и чаевые, а вы отвечаете нелогичной ценой, манипуляцией и уходом от ответственности – вы не ведёте бизнес, вы подрываете доверие к гостеприимству. Прозрачность, уважение и здравый смысл – основа любого уважающего себя сервиса. Этот случай показал, как быстро всё это можно потерять – всего за несколько минут.

Od hrane u ponudi samo pizze koje nisu baš najbolje, al ima veliki izbor pića. Cene beogradske,npr Pivo Nikšićko Tamno 0,33 L je 400 din, Mojito oko 900... Ležaljke (udobne sa dušekom) se naplaćuju 500 RSD po komadu.
