Slanje najmanje DHL Express pošiljke is Hrvatske košta preko €80 (nerijetko i iznad €100) dok slanje iste takve pošiljke iz susjedne nam Slovenije košta €20 (bez ikakvih dodatnih troškova!)! Pri tome hrvatski DHL sustav na osnovnu cijenu isporuke zna obračunati i dodatne troškove u iznosu preko 30% osnovne cijene tako da nikad ne možete unaprijed znati koliko ćete platiti. Istovremeno, nemoguće ih je koristiti za isporuku s webshopa, jer se cijena mijenja svakih par mjeseci na temelju broja prethodno poslanih pošiljaka. Kakav bi dojam ostavili našim kupcima da svaki mjesec mijenjamo cijene dostave? Zaista loša poslovna politika. Od najboljih kurira u samo par godina postali su jedni od gorih.

Nakon dogovora o preuzimanju robe u DHL-u u Vukovini, vožnje oko pola sata do tamo i čekanja oko pola sata, zaključili su da roba uopće nije stigla u Zagreb, iako u poruci piše da je u Zagrebu od 08:00. Nakon toga su jednostavno promijenili datum isporuke. Za jednu takvu firmu, vrlo poslovno!

Nov i uredan prostor. Vrlo ljubazna djelatnica. Malo van ruke za Zagreb, ali sve je bolje nego da paket ude u sustav Hrvatske poste jer ga ne vidis jos mjesec dva i paket izgleda kao da je sazvakan. Rade si odem sam.
