God I got a phone call from the owner of this company and I was told not to waist his time bc I didn’t know the location of the property that I was interested!!! I can tell by he’s name that he is very unhappy to be in US shame shame on you the way treat people like this

Allowed leaking raw sewage into the street for weeks even after personal phone notifications twice. Now the overhead door has been kicked in for 2 weeks , this is indicative of a company that cares not. As a level seven guide, I don't give out many one star ratings, but they can't say they did not know about these health hazards.

I’m writing today due to my personal experience. I was Afraid at first to speak up. But I just didn’t want anyone to make the same mistake like I did. I had Lease a space from this company. My husband and I had put all our saving into this business.. their rent was just to high. When you ask why. They would said that it’s included with the yearly CAM, when the end of the year come they would tell you that it was never included. I just wanted to advice who is going to be leasing out any properties from this company, please make sure you won’t make the same Mistakes like we did. We had lost everything due to the fact that we couldn’t get our rent reduce, plus on top of it we were still stuck with the CAM. Thank you god for social media. Where I could express my feelings and thoughts. Please make sure your read everything Thoroughly before leasing out a space from them. Don’t make the same mistake like we did. I just don’t want those who is trying to start their first business ended up not knowing like I did. Just don’t forget to ask about the CAM. Make sure that’s it’s included. If they tell you that rent is a little higher, because it’s included please double check. I’m writing today just to let those who are planing on doing business with this company please don’t make the same mistakes like we did. BTW the only reason why I give them a 3 star is because I absolutely understand that it’s only business.
