Jedinstven Fenomen - Neraspadnuta Tjelesa
Tjelesa svetaca, koja se nalaze u Vodnjanu, jedinstven su fenomen neraspadnutosti, koja ne može biti racionalno objašnjena. Ova tijela nisu balzamirana niti su hermetički zatvorena, što dodatno pridonosi mističnosti i značaju ovog mesta.
Događanja i Publikacije
Župa Vodnjan redovito organizira različita događanja, uključujući i „Iskrice“ – dječji festival duhovne glazbe. Također, dostupne su različite publikacije koje osvjetljavaju kulturološku baštinu i duhovni život župe.

Un endroit sympa pour y faire un tour. Ça vaut vraiment le coup de monter pour y voir les alentours.

Kerk plus bijhorende klokkentoren (hoogste klokkentoren van Istrië) Kerk is wel de moeite voor een bezoek en is gratis te bezoeken. Voor de klokkentoren moest 3 € betaald worden althans in het zomerseizoen. Er is geen lift in de toren dus is het wel wat trappen lopen maar dat is goed voor de conditie. Mooi uitzicht over de omgeving maar wel moeilijk om deftige foto's te maken met kippengaas als beveiliging.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal wurden wegen nicht angemessener Bekleidung rausgeworfen (Normale Deutsche Urlaubskleidung nichts Freizügiges oder so ). Typisch Katholische Kirche Halt

Schöne Kirche aber leider das einzige was in dem Ort sehenswert ist. Viele Schilder, viele Gässchen aber kein Bummeln oder ein wenig flanieren möglich. Da ist einfach nichts weiter.

Dignano è stato il punto di partenza ideale per tutte le nostre escursioni. Questo affascinante paese, con il suo carattere autentico e tranquillo, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. In uno dei nostri pomeriggi, ci siamo fermati a visitare il Duomo di San Biagio, una chiesa sorprendentemente ricca di storia e mistero. Al suo interno, si dice siano custodite ben 300 reliquie di altrettanti Santi, un numero che ci ha lasciati increduli. Abbiamo anche visto una copia della Sacra Sindone e un grande quadro che raffigura tutti i Papi della storia – l’ultimo presente era Benedetto XVI, Papa Francesco non era ancora stato inserito, dettaglio curioso che ci ha colpito. Pochi metri più in là, si erge l'imponente campanile del Duomo, che al calar della sera si accende di luce, creando uno spettacolo davvero suggestivo. Vederlo tutto illuminato contro il cielo scuro è stato uno dei momenti più belli della giornata.

We visited this beautiful church many years ago but revisited it last weekend with our kids. It did not disappoint. The church is nicely located in the main town square in Vodnjan - a nice Istrian town close to Pula. For a small fee you get a 40 minute tour with a listening device that explains everything in your language. The highlight is in the back, where they have a number of saints beautifully preserved. I won’t go into detail here as you can do your own research but suffice to say that this is fascinating history that seems to speak to us from centuries ago. A must see. There were no other people there when we visited so there was peace and quiet to contemplate the many teachings this valuable visit had to offer us. The gentleman who works there was very kind and helpful, spoke perfect English and explained everything patiently and clearly. He’s a great asset to this unique church. Thank you for this experience, it was greatly appreciated by all of us.

Een mooie rijke rooms katholieke kerk die zeker de moeite waard is om te bezichtigen. Ook is er in deze kerk een tentoonstelling van mummies van een aantal heiligen. Voor 10 euro pp kan je deze bezichtigen. Deze hebben wij niet gezien maar het schijnt wel de moeite te zijn.

Äußerst beeindruckend diese Kirche und die ausgestellten Reliquien. Insbesondere finde ich die religiöse Bewertung der Reliquien, als KEINE Wunder wirkenden Dinge sehr wichtig.
