Reception is really bad organized and unfriendly. The reception boss was horrible and simply did not want to work. Lot of people where really angry with them as service was terrible at the reception. Cleaning Ladies where nice and friendly. Rest was ok, but if you would like to feel welcome as you pay lot of money this is the wrong place to be.
