Unreliable renter... Edit: Regarding answer from renter, only first sentence is PARTIALLY truth. Initially I asked for 24h to do some checks, I hope that was perfectly reasonable. The same night (only several hours later) I sent message to make reservation. Tomorrow morning renter said he gave it to someone other that very morning?! He never objected anything about number of guests! I have Screenshots to backup my story, or renter can do that for me if he so wants. Moral of the story: earning money is important for any business! Being greedy and treating your potential customer unfairly is not! Such behavior speaks a lot about someone's personality -> money money money....
