Polecam z całego serca! ♥️ Piękny i zadbany obiekt, Pani zarządzająca obiektem bardzo miła i pomocna kobieta, dba o wszystko najlepiej jak potrafi . Apartamenty czyściutkie , basen również , widok piękny! Raj na ziemi ! 🏝️♥️

Apartament B . Super miejce czyste zadbane , nowoczesne. Duży basen, blisko do morza spokój cisza I tylko Cykady słychać🤗. Nasz apartament tak naprawdę był dla 4 a nie 6 osób. Dwie sypialnie salon z kuchnią. Dzieci spały w salonie bo w sypialniach nie było miejsca na dostawki. Dzieci po paru dniach spania pod klimatyzatorem nażekały na zapalenie ucha a my w sypialniach na wysoką temperaturę. Ale i tak mimo malych niedogodności uważam pobyt uważam za udany i Polecam .

Beautiful place, but the staff and unnecessary issues really made the stay unpleasant. It felt like the best thing to do was to stay in the room and not even breathe. The lady from the staff had zero communication skills and didn’t speak English at all. Maximum 2 out of 10.

The villa is beautifully decorated inside and located in a charming area, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We rented the entire villa for our family and friends as we were coming for a wedding. The owner had been informed in advance that we planned to host a small wedding gathering. The biggest issue was Ms. Alisa, a self-proclaimed manager, who in reality seemed to be just the cleaning lady. She was very arrogant, rude, and unprofessional in her communication. At one point, while we were sitting outside in the garden with half our group – simply talking, without any music – she came over and switched off the electricity without saying a word, clearly indicating that she wanted us to leave. She could have easily asked us politely to keep the noise down, but chose not to. The police were called, allegedly by neighbors. However, one neighboring house was clearly empty, and the other had people partying with loud music until 5 a.m., so we suspect it was Ms. Alisa herself who called the police. We truly don’t understand this, especially since we had informed them in advance about the small celebration. If that wasn’t acceptable, we should have been told before booking the entire villa. We came with three small children, including an infant, and the kids slept well – their room was right next to Ms. Alisa’s, so noise clearly wasn’t an issue. Our group consisted of responsible adults, children, and elderly guests – not rowdy teenagers throwing a wild party. Aside from her unfriendly attitude, Ms. Alisa did not assist us in any way. She never asked if we needed anything, and basic essentials like dishwasher tablets and toilet paper were missing. Towels were not changed even once, and she constantly complained rather than helping. We were told we could move tables and chairs outside for the celebration as long as we returned them afterward – which we did – yet we were still criticized. She even accused us of breaking the baby cot, which she simply didn’t know how to fold, but jumped to blame immediately. After our stay, the deposit was returned and we were told that everything was fine. Only hours later we were informed that some items were missing from the rooms. We have no idea what happened during the time we were gone. We did accidentally break two glasses, which we admitted to – understandable with such a large group – but were charged €50, which seems excessive for two glasses. Lastly, we’d like to mention that the water in the jacuzzi was drained before our stay had officially ended, so we couldn’t use it at all during the last part of our visit.

Piękne miejsce, sam domek nie ma w sobie praktycznie wad. Duży basen fajne udogodnienia ale na tym to się kończy, sama pani Marina jest miła i jej nie mam nic do zarzucenia aleeee. Opiekunka obiektu jest tragiczna, nie umie angielskiego, nie potrafi w spokoju porozumiewać się z gośćmi. Wszystko dla niej stanowiło problem, pod pretekstami tego ze rozmawialiśmy za głośno około 23:00 przy basenie, przyszła i wyłączyła nam korki na całym basenie, wyobrażacie sobie ze siedzicie w jacuzzi i ktoś przechodzi z personelu obiektu i wyłącza wam przy was prąd ? Byliśmy w takim szoku ze to mało powiedziane , do tego w przed ostatni dzień o godzinie 10:00 postanowiła zablokować basen na około 2 godziny pod pretekstem czyszczenia , do Tęgowski ostatni dzień spuściłaś cała wode z jacuzzi, gdzie do 10:00moj apartament miał prawo to używać. Brak świeżych ręczników, tabletek do zmywarek , worków na śmieci, wszytko musiałem kupić sam. W ciągu pobytu 5 dniowego z rodzina licząca 25 osób, bo wynajęliśmy cała Wille dla siebie zbiła się jedna szklanka i jeden kieliszek, zostało nam to potrącone z kaucji 50 euro. Obok willi są 3 inne domy które z nami graniczą, w jednym jest pusto w drugim praktycznie nikogo nie było a w trzecim grała muzyka do 3/4 rano, ale to do nas została wezwana policja, nie możemy tego potwierdzić ale uważamy ze to sama opiekunka obiektu ją wezwała ( nie mamy dowodów ). Gdyby nie opiekunka obiektu ten wyjazd by był idealny, pani marina bez zastrzeżeń ale Alisa- dramat. W trakcie pobytu nawet postanowiła ze umyje nam szlaufem cały obszar basenu i tez był zablokowany.

Miejsce i willa bardzo ładne, lecz do kontaktu z obsługą mam spore spostrzeżenia. Czyszczenie basenu w samo południe, nie mogliśmy korzystać z niego przez dwie godziny, wypuszczanie wody z jacuzzi również w trakcie dnia bez uprzedzenia. Jednego wieczoru siedzieliśmy w kilka osób przy basenie, bez muzyki, spokojnie rozmawiając, pani zajmująca się willą nagle przyszła i bez słowa wyłączyła nam bezpieczniki odpowiedzialne za światło przy basenie oraz funkcjonowanie jacuzzi, bez ani jednej prośby czy moglibyśmy być ciszej (może dlatego że byliśmy naprawdę spokojni). Wynajęliśmy całą willę dla naszej rodziny, była z nami trójka małych dzieci, żadne nie miało problemu z hałasem, dbaliśmy o to. Tabletek do zmywarek, papieru toaletowego, czy wymiany ręczników również nie ma co się spodziewać. Każdy kontakt z panią zajmującą się willą był bardzo problematyczny, pani nie potrafiła się porozumieć w języku angielskim, tylko wymachiwała rękami i odpowiadała bardzo pretensjonalnie.
