Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr saubere praktische Zimmer. Klein aber fein. Sehr nette Verwaltung mit zuvorkommendem Service. Zimmer sind wie bereits gesagt klein aber es ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Klos und die Duschen sind sehr neu und hygienisch. Die Lage ist aufgrund des Google-Maps Eintrags etwas missverständlich. Man muss den Schotterweg bis hinters Hotel laufen um bei den Häusern anzukommen. Nichts desto trotz schafft man es in 10-15min runter an die Promenade mit einer leichten Steigung, allerdings nicht bergig! Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen. Daher 5 Sterne!

The owner is one of the least sympathetic people I ever met, can’t put it another way. He was neither kind, polite nor welcoming. There was no room-service, questions and requests were always ignored in a very unkind an arrogant way. Looking back, I wouldn’t have even paid half of what I did.

Amazing week, disappointed with the villa though. Stunning villa but got there friday night and had to stay in a temporary hotel as the villa wasn’t ready for whatever reason. Then wasn’t allowed to check in until 4pm then next day, so we missed a whole day - very disappointed. We paid a 640 euro deposit which they never gave back to us despite looking after the rooms and not breaking anything. Would love for someone to contact me to arrange returning our deposit. Our booking was under the name Billy.

Room was very clean and staff was nice and polite. Staff had pool cleaned every night and kept things tidy. BUT We paid £640 for deposit, which we actually got over charged for should of been only £600 once it came to leaving they locked there door and the door bell had no power to so we could not get hold of the staff, we knocked for awhile to speak to them about getting our deposit back as nothing was broken and room was cleaned to a point. We have video proof of all rooms and no answer from staff. We booked with hideout festival rep and was promised different things which just wasn’t true such as a villa but this property is an apartment block with many rooms and a shared pool. Such a shame that we are now leaving the country with -£600+ when we made sure to respect the property.
