Reception and Location
The common reception for all TourAs apartments is situated at Mala ulica 8, in the pedestrian zone of the historical city centre. Conveniently reachable by car, guests can utilize the nearby paid public car park “Emona Sanatorij.” We are also only 400 meters from the central bus and railway station and 27 kilometers from the Jože Pučnik International Airport, making arrivals seamless.

My husband and I have once again spent a month in Apartment Irena. This is our fifth visit from Australia to stay in Ljubljana to explore the City, Slovenia and neighbouring countries over seven years. The staff of Tour as Apartments has been fantastic over these years and nothing has been a hassle during our extended stays. From Australia we have mainly corresponded with Miro and Tina and booking / payments have always been easily carried out. Apartment Irena is so convenient to the Town Centre, Old Town and Castle being only a five minute walk as well as the bus / train station being only a ten minute walk. The spacious apartment is always spotless and most comfortable as well as being in a quiet and smaller complex. These are the reasons for our return visits over the years, namely the obliging, happy staff and their friendships at Tour as and the great accommodation that Irena provides. For all accommodation needs as well as organising trips to the wonderful attractions that Slovenia offers, we cannot recommend Tour as highly enough. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Really amazing, cozy and spacious apartment, that is a mere stone's throw away from the old city center, there is also a grocery shop across the nearby bridge, and a an amazing bakery.

Had to leave earlier due to Covid-19 situation, nevertheless they where always available, helped us with anything we needed (information, home supplies.. etc) and answered my emails or whatssaps as soon as posible. Will definitely recommend them and will use their service in a future, bussiness-wise or personal.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this agency. I had a mid-term rental agreement, and after leaving the apartment in a rush I forgot my golden necklace. I wrote them an email asking about it, and they replied that when cleaning they "didn't keep it", because they "thought it had no value". I asked them if they were really trying to say they threw a golden chain to trash, because it sounded ridiculous. From this moment, they started claiming they had never found it. Obviously they were lying. To sum up, people who work in this agency are capable of taking your personal belongings and, without notifying you, doing whatever they want to them. I do not recommend this agency.

The studio apartment is a SPOT ON for a single person. It's located in the centre of Ljubljana, close to everything you can ever think of (grocery stores, malls, cafés, restaurants and what not). It's also within walking distance to the castle, the university of Ljubljana, and the bus station. The price is very reasonable for such apartment, and the administrative staff are really nice and helpful. Therefore, I highly recommend it.
