Paid and booking was confirmed online. Called Nera 2 h prior to arrival. She said no booking on her end. Hung up on me & didn't text back. The property does exist next door to a private kindergarten & nunnery. I want my money back.

We hebben weken van te voren via booking dit apartment geboekt. En op de dag van aankomt om 15:30 een berichtje van de bookingchat dat ze de boeking annuleren ivm overboekt zijn? Erg slecht om je gasten zo 1 minuut voor 12 in de kou te laten staan. Na contact met de Booking helpdesk hebben we gelukkig nog iets anders kunnen vinden.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Communication and Hostile Host
Our experience at this property was very unpleasant, mainly due to the host’s behavior. Although we were polite and respectful guests, the host called us “problematic” after I kindly reported that both dishwashers in the apartments weren’t working. She then refused to speak to us further and shut the door in my face. Sadly, this wasn’t the only issue (see below), and it ruined our stay in Šibenik. We were relieved to move to a new accommodation with a friendly host afterward.
Summary: If everything goes smoothly and the host is in a good mood, the stay might be fine. But if any issue arises, expect poor treatment. After reading other reviews on Booking and Google, it seems we weren’t the only ones treated this way. My advice: avoid this place if possible.

Other Issues:
• Poor communication before arrival:
We arrived late due to a late flight. The host left vague and incorrect instructions for parking. The key provided didn’t work for the gate, and the actual parking was on the opposite side of the address given. We called five times but were repeatedly hung up on—extremely disrespectful. It took 30 extra minutes and help from a local to sort it out.
• No towel refresh:
After three days, we politely asked for fresh towels. The host said “tomorrow,” but when we asked again later (so we wouldn’t need to use dirty towels), she refused and responded rudely.
• Broken dishwashers & hostile reaction:
Both dishwashers were broken when we arrived (unplugged and beeping when plugged in). When I mentioned it, the host became angry, called us “problematic,” and told us to complain to Booking.com instead of speaking to her. She clearly didn’t care and handled the situation very poorly. Despite claiming a mechanic was sent, we doubt this—likely a cost-cutting decision.

Domaćica užasnsnog i ne kulturnog ponašanja!! Čekali smo ju 30 miniuta da bi se ona odlučila ne dati nam ljuceve jer smo mi nervozni što nju čekamo a apartman plaćen unaprijed za dvije noći... eto ljudi sve vam govori ko krađe lovu ljudima

Vlasnica uzela novce te nije htjela dati ključeve od apartmana. Ponašanje krajnje bezobrazno i nekulturno. Preporučam svima da izbjegavaju ove apartmane u širokom luku

Se upp! Lurendrejeri! Värdelös kommunikation och tvekar inte att blåsa sina kunder med väldigt märkliga regler för bokning. Undvik och ha inte något med detta boende och dessa människor att göra.
