Great apparthotel and restaurant. This place is perfectly designed, maintained and managed. All details are top quality. Modern, well equipped and sophisticated studios, very helpful and friendly staff. Tasty breakfasts. The restaurant serves great pizza and is a popular place to come by also for the locals. Great place to sit in the evening and have a slice along with a couple of ice cold beers. All in all, really great and one of the most modern and beautiful apart hotels I've stayed in. Can only recommend.

Wir waren für eine Woche im Mrak Zadar Exclusive und sind total begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist super modern, sauber und richtig geschmackvoll eingerichtet – aber das absolute Highlight war ganz klar der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Abends mit einem Glas Wein im warmen Wasser sitzen, den Sonnenuntergang über Zadar genießen – unvergesslich! Das allein war schon Urlaub pur. Auch sonst hat einfach alles gestimmt: bequeme Betten, leise Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung und eine tolle Lage. Man ist in ein paar Minuten am Meer, in der Altstadt oder bei richtig guten Restaurants. Besonders praktisch: Unten im Haus ist eine Pizzeria – die war übrigens mega lecker! Der Gastgeber war total freundlich und immer erreichbar, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir haben die Woche in Zadar richtig genossen, und das Mrak hatte definitiv einen großen Anteil daran. Für uns steht fest: Wenn wir wieder nach Zadar kommen, dann hierher!

I and my wife visited this hotel at the middle of June. I had a doubt about this hotel but I was glad that it was only doubt. Firstly, hotel was perfect and everything was on high level. Very friendly staff that help you if it's needed. Room was cleaned and looked impressive. Jacuzzi - one love! Breakfast. I am not so principal in that case but I had everything what I wanted - scramble eggs, cheese, meat, juice, coffee, fresh bread. Personally for me, breakfast was very tasty and enjoyed by it. Restaurant on ground floor. Believe me, pizza was so cool! What I don't like. Pay attention that it is not related to hotel, I would say that it's related to all caffe and restaurants - ugly coffee. I don't know what kind of coffee they are use but there is better to choose another sort.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Easy to find, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Anna, who showed us around and helped with our luggage – she was amazing. Also Owner and the café/restaurant team were also lovely. Our room was stunning – very clean, stylish, and perfect for three people. The sofa bed was huge, the main bedroom had cozy LED lights and a vanity, and the bathroom was spotless with everything we needed. We were welcomed with champagne, biscuits, coffee, tea, and water – such a thoughtful touch. The balcony was spacious with a relaxing vibe, and the Jacuzzi was a 10/10. You can open the windows, enjoy the view, and even hang your wet clothes. The gym was fully equipped, including a manual treadmill, weights, a TV with YouTube, and even a speaker to play your music – great for a full workout. Breakfast was fresh and had everything you need: pancakes, omelets made to order, and even protein yogurt and lot more ofc. A special moment: I didn’t have a birthday cake, but I had a little vision with pancakes – the staff kindly gave me some and even let me take them to the room. It meant a lot. There’s no elevator, but since we were on the first floor and Anna helped us, it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend – amazing stay, great vibes, and truly wonderful staff.

Svakako preporučujem ovaj smještaj. Od usluge, osoblja, čistoće i uređenja interijera. Doručak izvrstan. Osjećate se sigurno i dobro došli. Blizina grada, laganom šetnjom do poluotoka 20 minuta. Sigurno se vraćamo.
