Nous avons passé 5 nuits au Luxury Aparthotel fin juillet. Points positifs : La vue dégagée depuis le 4ème étage....vue sur des immeubels jusqu'au 3ème étage inclus. Seul le 4ème étage a une vue dégagée sur la mer. L'appartement duplex est très spacieux. Points négatifs : L'acceuil du gérant (Mario) : visite de l'appartement en 18 secondes chrono.....à peine le temps de poser 2 questions. Le gérant devait vite retourner au bar de la piscine pour faire DJ ...décevant dès l'arrivée ! Le départ a été identique : il a pris les clés mais pas un mot pour demander comment ça s'était passé.....trop occupé à boire des verres avec ses "collègues" au bord de la piscine ! La musique a fond au bord de la piscine...en continu....les flics ont même debarqué le premier soir pour tapage nocturne....des voisins avaient dû les appeler ! Le quartier très populaire et pas beau du tout.... Le manque de propreté autour de la piscine : des bouteilles, cartons de pizza trainent....mais le gérant ne s'en occupe guère. Une minuscule table sur la terrasse de l'appartement : de quoi poser 2 verres. Impossible d'y manger Le manque d'ustensile dans la cuisine. Compliqué d'y cuisiner. Les tâches sur les murs de l'appartement...notemment au dessus du lit à l'étage. Pas super sympathique ! Je n'y retournerai pas : le tarif est beaucoup trop élevé pour ce type de prestation et de services !

Our stay at this luxury apartment in Makarska was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern and stylish interior – not only was it beautiful, but also incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The sea view from the terrace is simply breathtaking – every morning we enjoyed our breakfast while watching the sunrise, feeling total peace and luxury. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need – from a perfectly furnished kitchen to cozy beds and thoughtful little details that truly elevate the stay. The location is ideal – close to the beach and the center of Makarska, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful area. And what really makes this place stand out is the host, MARIO. His hospitality was outstanding from the very first message – he communicated quickly, kindly, and with a genuine warmth. He greeted us with a smile, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local trips, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. Thanks to him, we felt truly welcome and well taken care of. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, this apartment – and Mario – is the best choice you can make. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Makarska. Best regards, the guys from Slovakia.

Very pleasurable experience, sleeping and living at Luxury Aparthotel. The beach is quite far away so it’s recommended to plan your trip in advance, to avoid having to go back. 4/5

Nowoczesny apartament z pięknym widokiem na Morze. W środku bardzo czysto, wszystko działa jak należy. Basen z brodzikiem również czysty. Duże miejsce parkingowe z bramą zamykaną na noc. W okolicy blisko do sklepu. Właściciel Mario bardzo sympatyczny pomocny i zaangażowany. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie!

Cóż tu napisać. Szkoda było wyjeżdżać z tego wspaniałego hotelu. Przepiękny apartament ,pięknie urządzony. Właściciel bardzo miły serwujący pyszne drinki przy basenie .Napewno tu jeszcze wrócimy. Pozdrawiam z Kielc.🥰🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱

Apartament był duży, przestronny i w pełni wyposażony – niczego nie brakowało. Basen przed hotelem to super opcja na relaks, a w barze właściciel Mario serwuje świetne drinki i tworzy bardzo przyjazną atmosferę. Na pewno tam wrócimy i polecamy każdemu!

Apartman je odličan, ali Mario je razlog zašto se ovdje stvarno želiš vratiti. Domaćin, DJ, barmen, prijatelj – sve u jednoj osobi! On je cijela energija ovog mjesta. Organizacija vrhunska, ali atmosfera koju on stvori je neprocjenjiva. Osjećaš se kao dio ekipe, a ne gost. Takvih ljudi danas ima malo. Sve preporuke!

Siisti ja mukava majoitus kunnon uima-altaalla. Henkilökunta on avuliasta ja mukavaa. Mäelle on matkaa kiivetä, rannasta, mutta näköalat on hienot! Suosittelen!

Ich war dort 2022 mit Freunden und es war krank gut, der Weg zum Strand dauert etwas aber man hatte einen großen Pool Die Zimmer sind auch schön Diese eine Frau war auch sehr nett
