We had such an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, peaceful and quiet and still close enough to the big city. Supermarket, busstop to Dubrovnik and some good restaurants are all at walking distance. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A big advantage of this apartment is that you can just walk out the door and have the sea right in front of you! Some sunbeds and a shower are right at the seaside together with some steps to easily get in and out the water. And you will have sun at the terrace all day, from morning until evening. The owners are super friendly and always willing to help. They showed us everything in the apartment, how things worked and where to throw the garbage. They also gave us advice about the busses, some activities we could do and the places we could visit. We would love to come back at House Tereza! Thank you very much for all the good care!

What a fantastic stay. Not only was this little home beautiful, but well located too. Anita and her mom, Tereza, are great hosts and take very good care of their guests. The place was clean, people would come by every day to drop shades for the porch, and they were always available and willing to answer any questions. In the lobby, there was a binder answering any question you may have about the town, transportation, stores, excursions, and more. There was also a well written set of instructions on how to use the busses to get to and from the city. Restaurants are nearby, as well as a small market. It’s tempting to want to stay in the city of Dubrovnik, but I would steer clear, especially if you’re going in the summer. House Tereza is perfectly located and just 15 mins from the city, without all of the crowds. So peaceful.

Loved staying at House Teresa. We opted to stay outside of the busy central areas of Dubrovnik and it was an excellent choice. Beautiful setting around a quiet bay, with a lovely restaurant only minutes walk for breakfast, lunch or dinner(we had all 3) Teresa and her daughter Anita are lovely and so helpful. We hired a car, but caught the bus into the Old Town(€2.20) and an UBER back(Around €10). The Old Town is amazing, but very busy, so so nice to come back to the more serene and peaceful location.

This place was spectacular specially on the inside where they spared no expense in the remodeling of the apartment. Absolutely beautiful views. Great location to Dubrovnik. Quiet when you need it. I was extremely accommodating and responsive. I would definitely go back.
