An outstanding accommodation experience! First of all, everything about Hortus House is just as described. So expect good - you won’t be disappointed. The BnB is well-equipped, tidy, clean, perfectly situated and has a reasonable pricing. The owner and his family are kind, welcoming, fun and helpful people - which by the way is a good description for Slovenians in general. Huge plus: the free bikes. You’ll see totally different spots of the city while on bike + plus save a lot of walking time. Additionally, Ljubljana by bike is just hella fun! I’d recommend staying at Hortus House 100 % and book again for our next visit in beautiful Ljubljana. Thanks again for everything!

Exceptional place to stay. Immaculate. Modern in a historic building, with some artistic touches from a previous owner. We felt like we were adopted by the family and immediately made lifelong friends. I would highly recommend Hortus House to anyone visiting Ljubjlana.
