The newly designed 50 m² apartment is a two-story haven tailored for comfort and relaxation. The ground floor features a modern kitchen and a cozy living room, complete with a wooden staircase leading to two air-conditioned bedrooms designed for a restful night. Each bedroom offers comfortable double beds and armchairs for your leisure.

Guests will find fresh bed linens and towels provided, while the spacious bathroom is equipped with all essentials: a sink, closet, mirror, toilet, shower, and a hairdryer. For added convenience, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Modern Amenities

The bright living room invites relaxation, featuring a sofa and armchair, free Wi-Fi, and a TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including an induction stove, oven, extractor hood, washing sink, and refrigerator. In cooler months, infrared heating panels ensure a cozy atmosphere.

Step outside to enjoy the outdoor terrace nestled under mandarin trees, with access to a fireplace perfect for grilling. Your stay includes a private parking space in the front yard. Please note that we do not accept pets.

Accommodation Rates

Prices include 13% VAT, and a one-time cleaning charge of 20 EUR applies upon arrival. The tourist tax is charged separately. A booking fee of 30% is required to secure your reservation.
