Grew up hanging around these. The information about these being construction leftovers is inaccurate. More likely it is a footprint of ancient aliens who tried to flood Žarkovo around 6000 BC, in order to cover up their genetic mutation experiments (mistakes) that last to this day, and then used these as a protective barrier.
